The hotel is a brand new establishment, offering a luxurious experience at a surprisingly affordable rate. The room I stayed in was modern, clean, and provided the most comfortable bed I encountered during my travels in Vietnam. The rainbow shower in the bathroom was a delightful surprise, offering a truly invigorating experience.The location of the hotel, although slightly outside the city center, proved to be a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff added to the overall positive experience, making me feel welcome and well taken care of.While the hotel does not offer extravagant luxuries such as valet parking or shuttle services, the quality of accommodation and service more than compensate for it. Punt hotel is a hidden gem in Haiphong, providing a comfortable stay that exceeds expectations without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it to travelers looking for a great value without compromising on quality.
